Ingredients:

  • 30mls Baileys
  • 30mls Espresso
  • 120mls Hot Frothed Milk

 

Instructions:

1 Measure and pour Bailey’s into a warmed Latte glass

2 Add Espresso

3 Pour heated frothed milk over top

4 Garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg

 

Baileys Eggnog

Nothing screams Christmas cheer like a warming batch of Eggnog. Using Baileys in this Eggnog recipe gives this classic cocktail a luxurious twist. This ultimate feel good festive drink is the perfect hero for your mid-winter Christmas bash!

Ingredients:

  • 150mls Baileys
  • 4 Eggs beaten
  • 4 tbsp Caster Sugar
  • 300mls Milk
  • 1 Vanilla Pod Split

 

Instructions:

1 Beat eggs and caster sugar together in a bowl until the caster sugar is completely dissolved, and the liquid is smooth

2 Add Baileys, milk and the split Vanilla Pod to the bowl

3 Whisk vigorously until everything is combined to form a silky liquid

4 Strain eggnog to get rid of the vanilla pod and pour into 4 glasses

5 Garnish with a cinnamon stick and sprinkle of cocoa powder
